Mr. DiLaura started in the financial services industry, on Wall Street in 1986. He has since built or turned-around eight (8) companies including a 24-person financial services management consulting firm and a real estate development company that he still operates today. He also built and sold an asset management company, built and still operates a portfolio of waterfront rental properties and turned around and sold several fintech companies.
His first wealth management foray was a start-up division of what is now PNC Bank® in 1989. He started a division from ground zero and developed it to 100 employees in 6-years, generating nearly $500 million in net new assets annually, grew it to $6 billion in AUM and a P&L of $49 million on a 38% EBITDA by 1995. It received national recognition as a Top-10 firm by the FDIC in four separate categories simultaneously, for three straight years including: sales productivity, compliance, customer service and profitability.
As a Fintech start-up in 1996, he started a new company using publicly traded CRM product as a base and developed OEM versions specific to certain financial service operational needs and sold the company “Brokers BriefCase” to what is today Xerox®, all before a selling a single seat license in December 2000 requiring to remain part of the company for 5-years.
In 2005, Mr. DiLaura started a business-consulting firm “Relationship Velocity” dedicated to identifying financial service industry best-practices across his proprietary formula TIP=P (technology, information & process to properly support the people of the firm). jesse dilauraJesse DiLaura is highly skilled in both business strategy & business development and currently is the VP of Business Development. Prior to his current post, he had founded and sold a mobile phone repair business (RepairU, LLC) and became the #1 producer at his prior position at SideCar. Today, Jesse leads both the process improvement task force and the information technology search teams. He is also instrumental in onboarding the new Business Partners and the new VPs of Business Development. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurship from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

ROBERT MOLLUROBob has extensive experience in many industries as a Senior Sales Executive for IBM and a VP of International Sales for the Amdahl Corporation. As an entrepreneur, he built Benchmark Consulting Services that focused on the Financial Services space. He is credited for bringing new strategies to the industry and is known as the Architect of ”The Advanced Marketing Firm” that has enabled more than 150 sales agencies to double their sales production and improve recruiting and retention.
He has also trained and coached more than 850 sales teams on the implementation of IT industry techniques, marketing systems, and processes that he developed. His IT team delivered over $1.6 Billion in revenue over a ten year period. He was responsible for 13% of the Amdahl Corporations annual revenue from 1982-1991. |
debbie dilauraDebbie DiLaura is the MP/SVP of Operations. She oversees both the Human Resources Department and Business Operations. In addition, she leads the new, fully accredited intern program, where students learn hands-on and receive university credit hours for working with Executives. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences and multiple certifications. She is currently president of her Florida state chapter of PEO. A Philanthropic Education Organization recognized Internationally since the mid-1800s.

He assists with Sales Technology Development and Implementation across the company, and works to oversee the other interns.
